Eric Rivkin is a world plant-based chef and health coach for over 25 years, 17 in Costa Rica creating nourishing farm-to-table experiences and teachings from his farm, La Joya del Sol, or abroad in Costa Rica. His classes glow with inspiring scientific information, creative practical techniques and recipes to integrate the best of nutrition and whole plant foods. Novice and well-seasoned participants wanting to explore new options will benefit from his unique, delicious use of locally grown foods, new flavors and presentations. Eric has conducted dozens of workshops all over the US, Canada and Costa Rica, and is the first raw plant foods chef to teach it in public schools, Costa Rican food establishments, the American Culinary Federation, Miss USA titleholders, Olympic swimming coaches, personal trainers, yoga teachers, families and individuals.
